How to Delete Your Account
Send an email to info@trumpetertech.co.uk from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 working days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your name and email address
- Exam results and scores
- Profile image
- Subscription and premium status
- All associated account settings
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
